The Adirondack Lacrosse Chapter held its Annual Youth
Classic for more than 60 boys and girls U10, U12, and U14 teams
at Golden Goal. Over 1,200 participants from 26 clubs celebrated
the 2008 season with teams traveling from all corners of New York
State, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and
Vermont. Participating clubs included:

Festival – June 20-22, 2008
The 2008 US Lacrosse U15 National Youth Festival moved
to Golden Goal from Disney’s Wide World of Sports. More than
1,100 boys and girls representing hundreds of clubs
participated in competitive games and social activities
on 51 chapter teams. The festivities kicked off with
skydivers dropping from the sky and concluded
with fireworks lighting up the same sky over the majestic
Adirondack Mountains.

For the 2nd consecutive year rising High School seniors,
juniors and sophomores girls lacrosse teams converged on Golden
Goal for an intensive 4 day program consisting of skills and drills.
The Canadian Women’s National Team provided the instruction for the college hopefuls followed by showcase games in front of more than 40 college representatives from prestigious university programs including:
